After 33 years in the building industry and 25 years as a Commercial and Retail General Contractor and New Projects Consultant, I have decided to focus my experience and hands on knowledge to you the “ Owner ". As a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate agent, I bring a unique perspective for property owners, franchisee's and contractors, who need help with New Project Start-up's. As a Consultant / Pre Construction Manager I will help you get started with Conceptual Cost Estimates, Design Consultation, Hire a Design Team of Architect's Engineer's and Contractors.
